This Refund Policy describes when and how you may be eligible for a refund of our service fees.

1. Before work begins

If you request a cancellation before we begin preparing your application, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the service fee.

2. After work begins

Because our fee covers consulting work that starts soon after purchase, refunds may be reduced or unavailable once substantial work has been performed. Third-party fees, if any, are non-refundable.

3. Third-party decisions

A rejection by Dun & Bradstreet, Apple or Google does not automatically entitle you to a refund of our service fee, as our fee covers the preparation and support we provided.

4. How to request

To request a refund, contact us with your service order code. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.

Your fee covers professional registration, entity matching, document preparation and app store onboarding by specialists. dnuscode is an independent provider working with Dun & Bradstreet, Apple and Google.
